If trauma is driving your life, it’s time to heal.

You Don’t Have to Carry This Alone.

Trauma therapy isn’t about reliving the past — it’s about reclaiming your future. Healing is possible.

Welcome to Resilient Mind Works

Do you need guidance in finding happiness and fulfillment in your life? Are you struggling to see your strengths clearly? Are past traumatic experiences interfering with your ability to build healthy, secure relationships?

I believe your past experiences shaped you — but they do not define you. What happened to you will always be part of your story, but it should never determine your worth, your power, or your future. You do not have to leave yourself alone with your suffering.

I’m here to help you process your past so that together, we can intentionally plan your future and reclaim meaningful purpose from life’s turmoil.

Emotional and psychological trauma can happen to anyone. It may stem from a single overwhelming event, ongoing relentless stress, or experiences that are often minimized — workplace burnout, death of a loved one, divorce or breakups, medical procedures, humiliation, betrayal, or chronic invalidation. Working through trauma alone can feel daunting, isolating, and even re-traumatizing. A trauma specialist can help you heal safely and effectively.

It may be unprocessed trauma.

If you’re feeling anxious, exhausted, stuck in painful memories, or struggling in your relationships because of what you’ve been through — it may not be a weakness.

As a trauma therapist, former medic, and mindfulness-based clinician, I help first responders, high achievers, and members of BIPOC and AAPI communities heal from PTSD, anxiety, depression, burnout, and relational trauma using evidence-based treatments like Prolonged Exposure Therapy. Together, we calm your nervous system, process the past safely, and help you reclaim clarity, confidence, and control.

You deserve more than survival mode. You deserve peace, purpose, and authentic connection.

Let's start working together!

Stop surviving. Start healing.

At Resilient Mind Works, we are a trauma-focused group practice committed to helping you heal at the root — not just manage symptoms. If anxiety, burnout, PTSD, perfectionism, or relational trauma have kept you in survival mode, you don’t have to carry it alone anymore.

Our mission is to provide evidence-based, culturally responsive trauma treatment that helps you process the past, regulate your nervous system, and reclaim your power.

Our vision is bigger than symptom relief — we are building a community of resilient individuals who no longer suffer in silence, but heal with intention and collective strength.

Healing is possible. And it starts here.

Our Goals

Our vision is to create a community of resilient, self-aware individuals who are no longer defined by what happened to them. We serve first responders, healthcare professionals, high achievers, and members of BIPOC and AAPI communities who have learned to function at a high level while quietly carrying unresolved pain. You do not have to continue managing symptoms alone. With the right support, your nervous system can recalibrate, your past can be integrated, and your future can feel intentional again. If you’re ready to move beyond coping and into true healing, we’re here to walk that journey with you.

About Us

At Resilient Mind Works, our mission is simple yet powerful: to help you heal at the root so you can live with clarity, confidence, and purpose — not in survival mode.

We are a trauma-focused group practice dedicated to providing evidence-based, culturally responsive care for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, burnout, and relational wounds.

Our clinicians are trained in specialized trauma treatments, including Prolonged Exposure Therapy and mindfulness-based trauma therapy, because we believe healing requires more than just talking — it requires processing.

Our Expertise in Trauma Therapy

At Resilient Mind Works, we specialize in evidence-based trauma treatment designed to heal at the root — not just manage symptoms. Trauma can leave the nervous system stuck in survival mode, causing anxiety, avoidance, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, and difficulty in relationships. Our clinicians are trained to help you safely process traumatic experiences so your brain and body can learn that the danger is no longer happening.

PROLONGED EXPOSURE THERAPY TREATMENT

One of our primary treatment modalities is Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy, a gold-standard, research-backed treatment for PTSD and trauma-related disorders. PE works by helping individuals gradually and safely approach trauma memories and avoided situations rather than continuing to suppress or escape them. Avoidance keeps the brain convinced that the trauma is still dangerous. Through structured, guided exposure, the brain has the opportunity to fully process the memory, organize it properly, and reduce its emotional intensity.

How it works:

  • We identify specific trauma memories and avoidance patterns.

  • We gradually revisit these memories in a safe, controlled therapeutic setting.

  • We practice approaching situations that have been avoided due to fear.

  • Over time, the nervous system recalibrates, distress decreases, and confidence increases.

PE is effective because it helps the brain update outdated threat signals. Instead of reacting as if the trauma is happening now, your mind learns that the event is in the past. This reduces intrusive memories, panic, and hyperarousal while restoring a sense of safety and control.

We integrate Prolonged Exposure with mindfulness-based trauma therapy and nervous system regulation techniques to ensure treatment is both structured and compassionate.

Healing is not about reliving the trauma — it is about retraining your brain and body to know you are safe now.
