Hi there
I am a trauma-focused therapist, former paramedic of 13 years, and Asian American immigrant dedicated to serving first responders, healthcare professionals, high achievers, and members of BIPOC and AAPI communities. My clinical specialty is Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy and mindfulness-based trauma treatment for anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, childhood trauma, relational trauma, and shock trauma.
As a former medic, I understand the culture of strength, hyper-responsibility, and silence that many first responders and healthcare professionals carry. As an Asian American woman, I understand the layered expectations of achievement, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the pressure to hold everything together — especially within AAPI and immigrant communities. Many of my clients are outwardly high-functioning yet internally exhausted, struggling with burnout, compassion fatigue, and self-doubt.
My approach is humanistic, person-centered, culturally attuned, and grounded in mindfulness. I integrate evidence-based trauma therapies with nervous system regulation practices to help you process traumatic memories, reduce distress, and rebuild a life rooted in authenticity, boundaries, and self-trust. Healing is not about erasing your past — it’s about integrating it in a way that allows you to show up as your true, empowered self.
Let’s work together so you can feel safe again, confident again, and fully in control of your life — not controlled by your trauma.
