Meet Our Staff
About Us
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based, and culturally responsive trauma therapy to individuals who carry significant responsibility for others — including first responders, healthcare professionals, high achievers, and members of BIPOC and AAPI communities.
We are committed to helping our clients:
Process traumatic memories safely and effectively
Regulate their nervous systems
Reduce avoidance and reactivity
Build healthy boundaries and relationships
Reclaim self-trust, agency, and purpose
We believe healing should be structured, intentional, and grounded in proven trauma treatments — not just supportive conversation.
Our Vision
Our vision is to build a community of resilient, self-aware individuals who no longer suffer in silence. We envision a world where strength includes vulnerability, where cultural identity is honored, and where high-performing individuals no longer feel isolated in their pain.
We aim to normalize trauma treatment within communities that have historically minimized mental health — especially among first responders, healthcare professionals, immigrants, and high-achieving professionals. Healing is not an individual act alone; it strengthens families, workplaces, and entire communities.
Our Approach
At Resilient Mind Works, our clinicians are trained in specialized trauma therapies, including:
Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy
Mindfulness-Based Trauma Therapy
Nervous System Regulation & Somatic Awareness
Trauma-Informed, Person-Centered Care
Our approach is humanistic, culturally attuned, and grounded in both clinical excellence and compassion. We understand the culture of hyper-responsibility, perfectionism, and emotional suppression that many of our clients have internalized. We create a space where you do not have to perform strength — you can simply be human.
Who We Serve
We specialize in working with:
First responders and healthcare professionals
High-achieving professionals experiencing burnout
Individuals navigating complex, childhood, relational, or shock trauma
Members of BIPOC and AAPI communities
Adults struggling with people-pleasing, perfectionism, and compassion fatigue
Many of our clients appear strong and successful on the outside — yet feel exhausted, anxious, or disconnected internally. We help bridge that gap.
Stop Surviving. Start Healing.
You do not have to manage trauma alone. With the right support, healing is possible — and it is transformative.
At Resilient Mind Works, we walk alongside you as you process the past, reclaim your power, and build a future rooted in resilience and authenticity.
