When you set clear intentions, you take inspired actions. You also start to manifest what you desire by putting words and actions to your thoughts to attract the right things and people in your life.
5 Steps To Set Intentions
- Ask yourself how do you want to feel today. Reflect on what’s going on in your life and think of what you truly need at the moment.
- When you wake up in the morning, set a clear intention for the day. For example – Today I will be present; Today I will love; Today I will focus on positive things; etc.
- Write it down on a piece of paper or put it on your phone reminder with an alarm.
- Carry it with you all day or remind yourself through out the day.
- Reflect on your day and be grateful.
