How Important Is A Morning Routine?
When you are intentional with your life, you don’t accept life, you create life.
When you wake up in the morning, the morning breeze has a secret for you.
Don’t go back to sleep.
Stretch yourself.
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale longer than your inhale.
Then set an intention for the day.
Imagine how your day is going to look like.
Visualize the accomplishments you will make.
Feel the joys you will feel today.
Smile.
Open your eyes.
Look in the mirror and say, “I love you”.
This takes a minute of your day. But it’ll make such a big difference in your life.
Practice this for 21 days and watch it become a habit.
Don’t let the day run you.
Run the day!
But it all starts with taking a minute to be intentional.
How do you become intentional?
You pick one thing, goal, thought, plan, desire, need, want, that can help you grow and feel happier.
If you are not clear, there will be no change. And no goals also means no growth.
Maybe you can answer some of these questions:
- Would you like to be happier at work, at home and with yourself?
- Would you like to have more meaningful relationships with your spouse or significant other, your kids, your co-workers and with yourself?
- Did you live your life? Not your parents, spouse, teens, other people’s lives but YOUR life?! The way that you’ll be proud to leave when you die?!
- Do you believe that you deserve the life you want?
Then be intentional each day!
